Articles non conformes / Non-conforming items
Français : En cas d’article non conforme (erreur de produit, défaut majeur), veuillez contacter notre service client à contact@madebyak.fr avant toute expédition. Nous vous fournirons les instructions nécessaires pour le retour.

Frais de retour / Return shipping costs
Français : Les frais de retour sont à la charge de l’acheteur, sauf en cas de défaut ou d’erreur avérée de notre part. Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un service d’expédition avec suivi.

Conditions de retour / Return conditions
Français : Pour être éligible à un retour :
- L’article doit être inutilisé et dans le même état que vous l’avez reçu.
- L’article doit être retourné dans son emballage d’origine avec tous les accessoires inclus.
- Une preuve d’achat doit être fournie.

Procédure de retour / Return procedure
Français : Une fois votre retour accepté par notre service client, vous recevrez des instructions pour l’expédition. Tout retour envoyé sans accord préalable ne sera pas accepté.

Remboursements / Refunds
Français : Après réception et inspection de l’article retourné, nous vous informerons de l’approbation ou du rejet de votre demande de remboursement. Si votre remboursement est approuvé, il sera traité dans un délai de 14 jours.
